  Horrible customer service. I exchanged a couple emails with them about making an appointment for my upcoming September wedding. After not hearing from them with a final answer, I called the salon. The person on the phone said 'oh yeah, we already have another wedding, I thought Aimee had let you know.' While she was telling me this, she was talking with another person at the salon at the same time. Just rude. I will never reach out again.
